My wife and I are locals and have eaten here numerous occasions. consistency of food, (taste \ preparation) is at issue here. Management and\or head chef, need pay more attention to this matter. The facility is clean and the staff is very family oriented. Overall a pleasant experience. Please note, Management will go out of there way to make amends for any complaints you may have. Everything being equal, give them a try.
