Our spacious premium park models have one bedroom with a queen bed, plus a sleeper sofa in the living room to accommodate up to 4 guests. These rentals come furnished and feature an open floor plan with amenities that include a private bathroom, air conditioning, stackable washer and dryer, linens, a flat screen cable TV and Wifi to keep you connected. The kitchen provides full appliances, a toaster, coffee maker, cookware and dinnerware. Select models include a covered porch with a patio set; the other style does not, however, two of these units do include a back deck with patio furniture.
