The Heart of Florida Guardians were awarded guardianship of my 82 year-old mother's brother who is 85. The Kissimmee court awarded him to this institution. After many repeated attempts to speak directly with the court appointed guardian under the employ of the Heart of Florida Guardians, I have never had the courtesy of a reply from this person. When contacting this agency I am told, "I will leave her the message." Time goes by. Another phone call. The same response, "I will leave her the message." And so on and so on. An elderly brother and sister are being denied their final abilities to interact through the heartless disregard of this agency. I strongly recommend you do not use this agency for guardianship of anything important to you.
