have been a faithful happy customer for almost ten years now. love my Honda ! have had the best, professional, fair truthful service from longtime service manager, personaly from Jim Abatsas ! came yesterday to get my oil changed and service maintance check done. on the run as usual. have so little time to do these things so I am always in a hurry, but need to keep my Honda "Fit" ! lol, its a Honda fit. Dave Manieram was my rep, so polite, kind and promised I could be in and out in 30 min or so, since it wasn't too busy when I got there before the rush. my service check surprised me as I wasn't prepared to have to replace a few things. he was kind when I got sticker shock but I have a car repair background, so I knew he was being honest about the need. but time may take longer to do all. low and behold, got all things done, and STILL in 40 minutes ! he even persoanly got me a complimentary water. I love coggin Honda, will stay forever...keep up the grand work and sweet smiles,
