Wow! Horrible , single worst bike shop I've been to in my life . Went in with cash they advertised a bike for sale that "didn't show up in inventory " I drove three hours to get there , only to find a huge selection of bikes that were left out in the elements ... but are being sold at retail pricing ????!!!?? Faded poorly kept ktm shame that some poor bastard will get a weather checked bike with "new plastics " makes it a new bike ??? Joke

I was there with my 5 year old who accidentally knocked down a helmet from display, they made us pay 50 dollars because it got prices of plastic chipped off the helmet, and that was an accidental fall from low height on soft floor, now imagine what would happen to your head if you would fall wearing this helmet, with much, much higher speed onto concrete.... Yes I'd say they sell poor quality products that you can't depend on. I wouldn't buy, would you????

they sell jet skis in bad conditions ,they leave there skis outside to rot.. my husband picked up s ski at night and they din't allow him to inspect it. Next morning we go out to take it out and the plastics on it where fade out to white and the seat had an interior tear, we called them right away and even drove three hours to the dealer to get a will replace the seat in 6 weeks because its in back order.Them I asked for a general manager , only to be greeted again by the same guy who said the general manager did not need to talk to me..ask for the owner he said he did not care.. got plenty of pictures as evidence...

I walked around outside for a bit just looking around. Went inside to see what they had and no one said anything to me. I stopped and looked at 2 different bikes for about 5 mins an still nothing. Just terrible customer service. Still shopping around but no way I would buy my bike here

I have never had the displeasure of dealing with a company that would go so far to avoid excepting responsibility , after such a great job at the sales and the great job building the bike , to my vision , we end in such an unpleasing manor Thank You Pete
