This is the only place I ever want to work on my car! Under new management and the difference is night and day. Rick is awesome. He went toe to toe with my warranty company to make sure I got the best deal possible. So rare to find places that actually care about their customers instead of just profit. I recently went to the AAMCO on Vine St. in Kissimmee for a problem I was having with my vehicle. The manager, Tony, was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about auto repair. He explained what was needed to repair my vehicle in language I could understand, gave me the time frame for repair and what it would cost to fix it. Tony kept in touch with me every step of the way so I felt he really cared about me as a customer. Repairs were completed as promised and my car is running great. I will refer this shop to all my friends. In this day and ,when you find a place that treats you fairly you need to let others know. Thanks Tony and Aamco of Kissimmee!

ME AND MY WIFE WAS REALLY IMPRESSED WITH THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICE AND SPECIAL ATTENTION WE RECIEVED TO OUR FAMILYS TRUCK AND A NIGHTMARE VACATION SEEMED CERTIAN BUT THANKS TO STEVE AND HIS STAFF WE HAD A GREAT VACATION .... For Aamco Transmissions in kissimmee . The staff was excellant and with our 2007 ford explorer which we thought we had major problems with because it wasnt shifting while on vacation......thank heaven"s the manager Steve and his technician Jose came to us only after 20 or 30 minutes from the time we arrived and told me and my wife that it was a leak from the radiator at the cooler line and that the transmission was okay and the leak was already fixed it was just a simple qiuck connect cooler line fitting that had leaked all the fluid out and thats why it would not shift and after adding the part for $13.00 dollars and five quarts of fluid we were ready to go .....thanks to aamco kissimmee me and my family had a wonderful vacation. Each time I have had the chance to go into the Aamco location on Vine Street in Kissimmee, I was treated with kindness and hospitality. I felt as though I was treated fairly as well. I would recommend this business to anyone.

I took my vehicle there for a simple transmission leak. I was advised over the phone the repair would be $150.00 to $200.00 to replace the seal. I dropped off the vehicle and after two days I was advised that it now was going to cost $900.00 to fix because it needed all the transmission seals replaced. I know for a fact that it only had one leak in the CV joint seal on the passenger side. I just did not have the time to fix it myself. So I picked up the vehicle and took it home. I ordered the seal from Chevy for $29.00 and had it fixed within two hours. There is no other leaks so I am not sure why they felt it was necessary to lie. These people are very dishonest and I recommend not taking your car there.



And, the day that I picked up my car they left it under a tree and a bird crapped all over it. Because it was dried on the paint and all over the car it took longer to clean the car then to fix the leak……. Stay Away!!!

They had my car for 5 days and still cant come up with an estimate. they told me they could speak tome over the phone, on friday. when i called them they asked me when i was able to come down and talk. they have my car and i would have to take a cab there so i asked if we can just do this over the phone. STEVE says wel we still are looking up the parts we cannot give u an estimate. whats the difference? DONT TKE UR CAR HERE> they will give u a runnaround. I warned u!!!
