Our family of 4 relocated from Las Vegas to St. Louis on short notice, and the apartment we rented had to be decided upon/secured online, sight unseen. When we arrived, Tammy was SO helpful and welcoming, and we were absolutely delighted with the apartment! During the 3 years we rented from Anic, every question, service request and need was addressed and taken care of, quickly and professionally. I would like to add that Anic continuously strives to go above and beyond what is required to ensure their tenants are safe, happy and comfortable. We loved the area, the neighbors, and have only good things to report. If our family had not outgrown our apartment, we would stay with Anic Enterprises indefinitely!

I lived in my apartment for five years and absolutely loved the unit and my experience with Anic Enterprises. Everything about the past five years was amazing. Any time I placed a maintenance request, it was taken care of promptly. It was wonderful. Everyone on the team is kind and helpful. I moved to be closer to a new job, and I wish they had properties in the area I moved because they are that great, and I would have loved to continue renting from them. We had a truly wonderful experience with Anic Enterprises. When we first moved in, the apartment looked as though it had just been renovated, even though someone else had been living there the month before. Tammy was an absolute pleasure, and would often go out of her way to make sure things were being taken care of in a timely manner. We had an issue with our AC during some of the hottest days of the summer and she was always checking in and pushing to get done what needed to so we could be comfortable. The decision to move was difficult, and had we not outgrown our space we definitely would not have left!

We truly loved living in our apartment on Sanford Ave. The location was absolutely PERFECT and it was such a comfortable place to live. The grounds and building were regularly kept clean, we felt very safe and enjoyed our neighbors. The kitchen was updated and a great space and the hardwood floors were beautiful. The basement was clean and bright and an easy place to store things and work on laundry. We love the Dogtown neighborhood and Forest Park and walking to the Zoo and Dogtown restaurants frequently. We really enjoyed our time in this apartment.

Absolutely the best place Ive lived in St. Louis ! Amazing staff so down to earth . You truly feel like family and they take care of every need you have ! Im moving out of state to get married or I would still be living in town .You all will be missed and recommended to anyone looking for a beautiful apartment with the best Management in St. Louis and the most gorgeous updated apartments Ive ever seen ! They have worked with us and made us feel so welcome when we moved to St. Louis. The only reason we are moving from Anic is because we are moving states. I wish we could take them with us!!

The office manager is amazing! She works with you in all possible ways not to get a sale but to ensure you have a nice place to stay. Affordable apartments with lots of space!

We have rented from Anic for the past three years and would not be leaving if we weren't moving to a new city. Everything has been top notch. Tammy and Bernard are very responsive and make sure the tenants are happy. Maintenance was always taken care of quickly. Our unit was beautiful, its location by Forest Park was unbeatable, and the monthly rent was extremely reasonable. We always felt like the big national rental companies nickeled and dimed us with deposits and extra fees and did the bare minimum to take care of tenants and their needs. Not so with Anic. It has been our best rental experience by far, and I would recommend them to anyone.

I was a resident of Clydesdale apartments for three years. Tammy in the office was always a pleasure to work with. It was affordable, quiet, safe, and in a convient location. I loved being able to walk to Bread Co and Walgreens, and there were plenty of places to eat and shop nearby. The pool was always nice on a hot day, and the fact that my cat and dog were welcome was a huge plus. A friend of mine is now living there based on my recommendation.

We lived at Shrewsbury Place for 2 years and enjoyed our time there. Bernard and Tammy are wonderful landlords, there were only a few times we had to call on them but their responsiveness and quick resolutions always impressed us. The green space, common areas and parking lot were kept clean and taken care of. Snow was removed and walkways salted promptly during cold weather. The neighbors were courteous and respectful to each other and we always felt safe there. We loved having our own washer and dryer hook-ups, the beautiful wood floors and all the natural sunlight.

Anic Enterprises is the best! I have lived in one of their apartments for over 2 years and don't have a bad thing to say about the apartments! They are completely renovated and if there ever is a problem they are so fast at responding even on holidays. They are good and honest people who want you to have a great experience. Great place to live and even better group of people at Anic Enterprises. If you are looking for an apartment search out the Anic properties!

Staying at this apartment has been great! It was redone before I moved in and in excellent shape. Anic Enterprises was very easy to work with, always responsive to the handful of air conditioning / plumbing issues that came up in the two and half years I lived here. Tammy is great in the office and Bernard was extremely helpful when I moved to St. Louis and didn't the area. He told me all the reasons St. Louis Hills is safe and great, and he was right. I recommend staying with Anic Enterprises to anyone!

I've been a tenant of Anic Enterprises for 3 years in one of their units in St. Louis Hills. Not only is my apartment beautiful, having been fully renovated right before I moved in, I cannot say enough about Bernard, the owner, and Tammy, his Office Manager. They are genuine, honest, and true to their word. The rare times I needed to call them, they were incredibly responsive. One example happened during my first winter as a tenant. The pilot light in my furnace had gone out, I was having trouble getting it lit...and it was Christmas Eve morning. Bernard called me right back, and said if his maintenance worker couldn't get there, then he would come over himself. And, in case he couldn't get it lit, he was going to bring a portable heater for my apartment to use until it was fixed. True story. That is who you would be leasing from - exceptional people.
