It was a good thing that what my dog had wasn't life threatening or she'd be dead at the hands of this so called Vet Hospital. My vet faxed my dogs file to them, they couldn't find because the receptionist couldn't get up out of the chair. The admitting vet bullied and brow beat me until I left crying because even though this is what my vet told me to do after talking to the vets there he didn't want to admit my dog and told me to make an apt for an internal medicine vet who would be able to have an apt ready almost immediately. But wasn't the specialist my vet told me I needed. So after 2 hrs of being brow beaten by these people I called to make an apt to see the internal medicine person and there are no apts with in that week at all. This is there version of being able to get an immediate apt over a week out. Every single person in that I had to deal with were lazy, incompetent and full out liars. Maybe if your dog is bleeding to death they might be ok but minor emergencies no!

Terrible experience - rude, arrogant and the communication of the staff among themselves stinks - and all the while, your pet isn't being tended to. They need a good lesson in public relations and compassion. The afternoon receptionist is blatantly rude, as is the admitting vet. They want the $$ and that's about it.
