I would not recommend this store to anyone. I just went in to purchase an extra backing for my new cartilage piercing (which thy did not carry) and was completely insulted, offended, and disappointed by the service and lack of respect by the employees. I was told by the lady in the store to "quit touching(!)" my piercing when I wasn't, I was touching near it so she knew which one I was talking about. She also accused me of getting it pierced with a gun (which it wasn't) and criticized the way I have been cleaning all of my piercings since I've had each one of them. She then proceded to ask in an obnoxiously disgusted tone of voice "oh my god, where did you GO to get it done!?" which I found to be very unprofessional, rude, and impolite. Save your time, and don't go to this store unless you are for whatever reason wanting to be bossed around by one of the most obnoxious and rudest of women I have yet to meet.
