Great service and on time with their time schedule.

They were very helpful in getting my repairs done and when I went back to get me vehicle, the whole car was detailed, not only the parts I had it in for. I was impressed.

Good service, but failed provide good follow-up service as noted below...

Took off the bumper, and put it back on and forgot the fastening screws on both sides of the bumper and was not willing to send someone by to check what fasteners were needed until after I contacted the insurance company and let them know of the circumstances. They are sending someone to pickup the car this week. This, in my opinion, was not good customer satisfaction. I should not have had to contact the insurance company to get results. My time is just as valuable as theirs and it was their mistake.
