I have purchased all of my ink from this store since it opened and I can't tell you how refreshing it is to get the level of service and personal care they provide. It's just ink and yet they treat their business like a neighborhood store...yes, they even know your name! Anyone who owns a printer should get their ink here and if they don't own a printer, they should get one, just to pay them a visit :)
