OMG these guys are terrible, old beds,dirty salon and they have never relamped since i have been there. So im off to the competitions salons, at least it will be clean. I recommend you spend your money elsewhere.

Everytime I go to Desert Sun I have a good experience. I don't know how much someone can really ask for from a tanning salon. But overall employees are friendly and the beds tan me. They always have great speacials. Really can't complain.

Unlike the previous poster, I thought the staff was very nice - just completely un-empowered. I did a very expensive Mystic Tan + Medium bed tan called a "california cocktail". The Mystic machine completely malfunctioned, and "spit" the solution all over my body (I couldn't figure out how to turn it off in time!) I look like a lepoard, and the owner (who can't be contacted by customers - isn't that handy?) refuses to give me any credits or money back. The staff seemed to feel badly that they couldn't help me - the owner is responsible. AVOID THIS PLACE!! BTW their "Mystic Tans" are using a different (probably cheaper) solution than I've had in the past. Doesn't smell the same and I've been disappointed with the last 2 tans. This place deserves to go out of business. FAST.

I've had the worst experience with this young and very UNPROFESSIONAL staff. As a customer for only 2 days I will not be returning after my month membership as they will not return my money. When we signed up we were given stickers for our eyes to use as eyewear. When I went back today the young girl tried to charge me 1.00. I ask if the were going to charge me each time I tanned and she said yes. I can't tan without eyewear. I've tanned before and eyewear has always been provided. I asked if they sell it which they do for $8.00! but they were out. She told me to go somewhere else to buy eyewear or pay a 1.00 to use the eye sticker. She would not give me the manager's name she told me she wasn't allowed. She had poor customer service skills and was very rude. I do not recommend this salon.
