Only minor hiccup was our greeting in the parking garage the day of surgery. I had been told over the phone to show up at 6am, 15 min early, so I could take a rapid COVID test. When we showed up and called, I was told, 'You are early, you are not supposed to be here yet.' Not a big deal, but not a great feeling to be accused of not following direction when nervous about surgery.

Extremely pleased with the process, procedure and results. Dr. Sires and the clinical staff were extremely helpful throughout the whole process.

My experience here has been delightful. The staff ( front desk, scheduling, insurance/ billing and nursing, nurse anesthesia staff) were extremely polite, professional, reassuring and responsive. My experience with Dr LauKaitis has been special. We had time for conversations outside of my healthcare needs. He is a kind, patient and compassionate surgeon. I am delighted with my experience here and especially delighted with my surgical outcome.

Very satisfied. Eye surgery went very well and follow-up visits have been good as well. Doctor's knowledge and procedure excellent. Would refer others to Dr. Sires. Heather was also very good and gave me invaluable advice. One piece of feedback I would offer is that to me, it feels rushed.
