Very impressive selection and incredibly knowledgeable. Their model homes are a must see destination.

Terrible experience. Customer Service after they received their payment for the house dropped to NOTHING. Home was delivered with wet (I mean drenched) carpets and Partiot refused to replace them. A Laundry list of damaged/defective, and poor workmanship items left unresolved for months (some still to this day unresolved.) Had a physically defective and malfunctioning stove/oven that they told us was our problem to go to the manufacture of the oven with (at which point the manufacture pointed us back to Partiot.) We have to literally turn our oven on from the fuse panel, then turn it off when not in use. Multiple leaks, stuffed/clogged drains (from them throwing drywall dirt, dust, and mud down the tub drains.) Owner of Patriot unresponsive to e-mails and phone messages. Only time we saw/met the owner was when he stopped out on a nice afternoon in his brand new Yellow Corvette to take a look at the lot (before we purchased the home.) There was a fire hazard in the home because they installed the wrong light bulbs, when we paid an electrician to determine what was wrong and assure us our home wasn't going to burn down Patriot refused to pay the bill. It has been impossible to enjoy a home that we spend over $125,000 on because of so many issues. We found out later that apparently this is pretty typical for Patriot (another home owner nearby had the same experience.) Don't expect phone calls or e-mails to be answered or problems to be solved and addressed. If you're buying a home from from these folks, treat it as an as-is experience!!! STEER CLEAR!

Very friendly salespeople. The atmosphere is very friendly and comfortable. You feel like you are at home. Our salesman was the best. We couldn't have asked for anyone better. The homes are beautiful and we have our's for a year now and we are completely happy and satisfied in it. Infact we have recommended them to our niece and husband and they are now buying from Patriot in Kinzer,PA. Thank You Leon.
