      White & Allen is a general practice law firm employing 20 attorneys and more than 30 support staff in its offices throughout Eastern North Carolina. Our predecessors began practicing law in 1927. The firm as it exists today began in 1970 and has grown into one of the largest law firms in the region. The law firm has two attorneys with a masters of law in taxation, three attorneys with masters degrees in business administration, and three attorneys who are board-certified in their respective fields by the North Carolina State Bar. We practice criminal and civil law, with emphasis on: Bankruptcy Civil litigation Health care law Corporations and partnerships Personal injury and insurance Real estate and taxation Estate planning and administration Elder law At White & Allen, not only are we dedicated to superior legal services, we also keep a close eye on costs.
