Worst company i have ever rented from.. Charge you late fees on Monday the 6th when the 5th was a Sunday. Cant get a maintenance man to fix anything. Had holes in my kitchen window floor and cabinets since i moved in. Slum lords plain and simple. Also tried to start evicting people just a week after the statewide lockdown ended and realized they cant yet. If they are your only option, go buy a tent. Will be nicer than their houses..
