      General Info
      I was born and raised in eastern North Carolina, and I remember the difficulty my family members had trying to find a doctor nearby and the impact that had on their health. My desire to help my community, along with a strong interest in health and science, made medicine a good fit for me. My goal is to keep my patients as healthy as possible with a focus on disease prevention. When medications are needed, I strive to develop a treatment plan that my patients feel comfortable with and that fits with their lifestyle. I enjoy caring for the entire family, and I am particularly interested in women’s health, child and adolescent care, and preventive medicine. Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, decorating, and taking trips to the NC mountains and coast with my family.
