I had a great experience with Her Health Care, they took car of me and they are still caring for me after my surgery. I walked in the door and they greeted ne with kindness. i.e., A lI had to transfer to another doctor because I had to move and they did not transfer the medical records to the new doctor. They are very difficult to get a hold of and they didn't seem to care about me as a patient or care about the baby. I had a terrible fall and wanted to have the baby checked out but I had to wait two weeks because they were holding on to the medical records. Poorly managed office and they need to find a way to show they "care" for their patients.

They were great at taking care of my daughter, but when it came to me, not so much. I made an appointment 3 months in advance. Then called and changed just the time of day. When I showed up for the appt, in Dec 09, there was a sign that stated effective in Jan 10, that if you did not fill out the online medical history, your appt would be cancelled. I was never advised of it, and again this was in DEC, but they cancelled my appt any way. That is very poor customer service, and this type of appt is stressful enough without the staff adding to it. I am not going back.
