We were visiting the area and decided we would try Texas barbecue and the people at the Kingsville Ranch Museum recommended it. It was the best smoked meat we have ever eaten! It is just a small place, but the cooking was great. We have been wanting to have their meals ever since. We live in Utah so we won't get there too soon! I wish we had them here. The people there were friendly and we felt right at home there.
