I have had problems with receiving my bill by mail. There has to be a better way to serve the public without having consumers to come in and only to find out that the monthly bill is not in and can't be processed until later. There should be an online account to pay a water bill for all consumers. I am tired of the hassle of worrying about not paying my water bill on time because workers can't give up the correct bill amount.
