First, the owner is a very knowledgeable movie aficionado to whom the term "classic" extends beyond 15 years and romantic comedy. He gives recommendations after asking preferences and questions. This is a small storefront with huge inventory. He does not suffer fools or thieves, though he is polite to the former.

The owner of the this establishment has a short fuse and was verbally abusive with me. He is an awful businessman and doesn't know how to deal with the public. What happened to the customer is always right? If I could have given this business 0 stars, I would have.
