I had a problem with the fire alarm system for my business and wasnt receiving any help from the people in there service dept. I called back in the morning on the 4th day and asked for a manager. The manager Wendy got on the phone and was snippy, rude, and eventually hung up on me. I called back later and asked for a call back from the owner. As i have been a customer for 15+ years I figured they would have given me some respect. I waited two weeks for the owner to call me back, and he didn't even have a clue what I was angry about. Called another company and they were able to fix my problem in 1 day. I was a customer for 15 years and received the run around, should have switched years ago.
