My experience with this guy has been horrible. He has threatened me twice. Swindled his stroke victim grandmother by taking her to sign over deeds the day after her husband died. Took his brothers inheritence because being given 1 house wasn't enough. Did these and many more manipulative things thru all the lies he tells. Will do anything to get a dollar. If u feel u can trust someone of that character then he's the one you want to hire. This is my opinion based on my experience with this Owner.
