Sorry customer service and unreliable service. Repair is not showing up like they were supposed to. Charter tells you what you want to hear to get you off the phone. When you call back it is not documented.

Since they have gone digital, the service is unreliable, inconsistent, and often mutes itself. Really looking into dish network or direct tv.

Where do I start with my problems with Charter? I've had problems since Charter went "ALL" Digital. I have had 3 different technicians out to check it. The first technician came in, looked at the picture and told me it was a problem on Charters end. He said there was an overload on the digital service because too many people was watching. He actually told me that Charter wasn't ready to go all digital when they did. He said engineers was working on the problem. Two weeks later, still same problem. They don't have a problem giving customer service when they disconnect my service when my payment is late! One of the ladies told me I probably wouldn't get any reaction unless I went to the local office and confronted them face to face. I'm headed there now. Hopefully my face won't be the plastered on the front page of tomorrows newspaper because I've went off on some Charter representative!

Very disappointed in the rollout of the new digital service. I have tried for 4 days to activate my new box without any success. Finally got them to agree to send a service rep out tomorrow. I have not been this disgusted with a company in a long time. They have forced this new digital service on us and not do not seem to be able to support it. The "tech" support is a joke. Seriously considering dumping them for Direct or possibly going to an antenna. It is going to take a lot to restore my faith in them.

I do not have any problem with Charter. I know people that do not like it. They have been respectful to my son and I. I know they are high priced but we had other services before and they were awful and so disrespectful with billing and other services. Every time we needed help the Charter workers were prompt and helpful. I will choose charter over all other services out there.

Charter Communication is WAY OVERPRICED. I get the "weak signal" about 75% of the time on my TV screen. When I have called for a problem, it is not uncommon for me to be on the phone ON HOLD for up to 30 minutes. Am definitely going to go to another provider. It is RIDICULOUS.

Absolutely the WORST service for Internet - tv just overpriced.Never works and takes a month to get service. Their customer support will pass you on so prepare to be on the phone for an hour or more trying to get service. Horrible provider and way overpriced .

For anyone in the East Tennessee area, Charter is the worst cable company ever.They say they're"Enhancing" your service, but can't even keep the service you already have working properly.My TV either goes out or "freezes" on a daily basis.Completely shoddy service.I've called (sometimes daily) for over a year with no improvement.
