Home ownership was initially a 5-year plan for my husband and I. We never would have dreamed that in April, we would be viewing the house that we could call home. Never say never, because then came along Dave Grace, one of the finest Realtors we have ever had the pleasure of knowing. Dave took the time to get to know us and our vision. After a few viewings that were initially ones that would give my husband and I ideas of "what we were looking for", Dave called us to say, "I think I have found your house. Let's meet up tomorrow!"



As they say, the rest is history. This house happened to be the perfect size for us, the ideal layout, at the right price point, and most importantly...it was in the neighborhood behind our apartment where my husband and I would take our evening walks and runs. We always talked about how nice it would be to live there one day. Thanks to Dave, we don't have to imagine any more!



We closed on May 10th, & are now proud homeowners. An A+, low-stress experience!
