Welcome to Rainbow's End Floral, located in Kingsport, Tennessee. Rainbow's End Floral is a family owned and operated business run by Phillis and Dick Fortney. We are centrally located in downtown Kingsport, Tennessee, and proudly serve the surrounding areas. We are minutes away from all local hospitals and funeral homes, and offer free delivery. Our staff consists of five floral designers, three of which are "award winning designers", two sales persons, and extra help. We can provide fresh, silk floral designs for all occasions, as well as balloon arrangements, gift baskets with fruit, candy, or toiletries tailored to your needs. We offer a full line of gourmet goodies, luxurious bath items, and a wide variety of plush animals and gift ware. Here at Rainbow's End Floral we encourage our customers to express their own ideas so we can design an arrangement that reflects each person's unique personality and style. We are members of the Tennessee State Florist Association, which provides education and training programs that we participate in. I ordered a 40.00 arrangement of flowers for a customers birthday. I was very disappointed when I saw them and a little embarrassed. They looked so small and cheap. Will not order from them again
