My mother and I were downtown spending the day together, and I decided for once instead of waxing my own eyebrows( because I am an aesthetician) I would treat myself to having them done for me. Big mistake! The ladies were nice (the only plus) but I specifically asked to have mine trimmed. She did work me in between a color she was doing, but was very quick and not very thorough. She didn't cleanse my skin with anything to remove my makeup, she double dipped in the wax (big no no) she did not sanitize her hands before or after my service, she didn't trim my eyebrows or tweeze the few left behind and I had to ask for a mirror to even see the work she done! I should have known better being in skin care myself, but I know some very qualified cosmetologist who do great wax work. I will NEVER go here again! They may work magic with hair, but not with removing it!
