Absolutely love the Curves in Colonial Heights. The staff is friendly and motivating. They quickly become friends. The other members are encouraging and entertaining. The workout is great. For the most part, the workout is what you put in it. If you are more fit, you can work the machines faster and work harder at the recovery station. They measure and weigh you every month which is a great way to keep up with your progress. They have games and activities that make your workout much more interesting. Love Curves.
