      My grandmother fell on TWO different occasions in the presence of two different caregivers working for this company and I was not notified. One of the caregivers even called another caregiver to come help get her off the floor because she couldn't lift her on her own. My grandmother is a full assist and should not have had someone taking care of her that couldn't lift her on their own. When I asked this particular caregiver why she did not tell me she said it "slipped her mind". We had talked just minutes after it had happened and find it hard to believe something like this slipped her mind.
