They may have a big selection but their service after the sale leaves much to be desired, after 3 service visits to our home in less than 6 weeks our stove still shuts off whenever it wants to and their technician is no closer to figuring out the problem. Everytime he shows up it is with an "I know whats wrong with it" and an hour after he leaves we are back to square one, waiting for another appointment and trying to schedule time off work for someone to be home for yet another repair call. We have purchased all our accessories and pellets from them since we bought the stove and the last 6 weeks have soured us on their performance and customer service as a whole.
