I wanted to express my most sincere gratitude to everyone at the Kingsland NAPA for taking care of my Mom during the Covis Stay Home quarantine. Her car battery failed and she was not able to personally drive her vehicle to the repair shop for replacement. Joe and the Napa team took care of all her needs, not only tproviding a replacement battery, but having a local shop install it for her! She is so happy and grateful for the quality personal service she has received from NAPA today. Myself as well, as I am also under the Stay Home quarantine in my hometown some 6 hours away. In order to further show my appreciation for everyone at NAPA for going beyond customer service in this matter - pizza lunch was then provided for my favorite Kingsland NAPA store!
