Andy and his crew did phenomenal work on our roof, our house looks totally different than before! It all started with the estimate process, I got three total, and Southern Roofers was the most professional and informative of all. By looking at their estimate, there was no question as to what I would be getting from their company. Their work was diligent, professional and esthetic. We contacted Southern Roofers to get a quote on the flat roof of our porch that was leaking. Andy came to our house and was extremely professional and courteous. We received our quote in a very timely manner and didnt even bother to ask around we felt very comfortable with him. Unfortunately, during the demolition process they found extreme damage that was done from the previous owners. They would not proceed until my both my husband and I came home from work to see the damage. After seeing the extent of the damage, we needed to replace the entire back of the roof. We were obviously upset and Andy did everything in his power to help make this project feasible, and quick. When they were finished they left no evidence of being there - beside the great looking roof! We would recommend Southern Roofers to all our family and friends

We have been very impressed with Southern Roofers. These guys took their job seriously and with great attention to detail and quality. They spent the time and did the job right the first time. All of the guys interacted well with our family.They were always polite and courtious. Our roof is steep and has dormers.They took special care around all the tricky areas and made sure it won't leak in the future. We feel Andy and his crew treated us like family. We have recommended them to family and friends. We wish more companies cared about as much about thier customers as Southern Roofers. Too bad they don't do windows.

We contacted this company along with a few others for a quote on replacing a flat roof that was put on by the previous owner that has started to leak and get worse with each rain. We decided to go with this company because they seemed to be on top of things, early to our first meeting, his price that he quoted was what we thought to be a fair price, he seemed very professional. We signed the contract in September and we were told that it would be 2 weeks due to other projects he was involved in, that was fine. Well we had a lot of rain so that kept pushing it back and we gave him the benefit of the doubt, I mean he cant control the weather. Well we had to keep contacting him and it seemed like reminding him of the project and there was always some excuse given to us. We had 2 trips planned and it always seemed that he wanted to come during the time we would be gone and we were told to contact him when we got back, which we did and of course he said we will fit you in.
