July 9th, 2013 at approximately 6:15 PM I went into this restaurant to speak with a manager about the earlier lunch that I was given at the drive-thru being incorrect. I had ordered a coupon meal to contain 2 limited time BBQ burgers with fries and beverage. I was given the beverage, fries, and regular Whopper sandwiches. By the time I got back to my place of work on my lunch break, I began to unpack the bag to find out the burgers weren't accurate as to what I had ordered and paid for. To make a long story shorter, I was hungry and decided to eat the burgers and plan to go to this Kingsford, Michigan location after work and ask to buy one of the BBQ burgers with the request of a price discount. The rude, untucked white shirt ( and filthy as if it weren't washed in a week and smelled of cigarette smoke ) wearing female manager with no nametag ( about 24-34 yrs old? ) told me." There's nothing I can do..Wasn't my shift". I repeated that quote to her and she said again, "Wasn't my shift

I hit this place up on the way back to Florida. they were fast and accurate with a complex order. The staff was friendly and helpful as well. great service for fast food.
