I wish there was a .1 star. The office manager is so rude. She has not once ounce of compassion for patients or people in general. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Incompetent. Rude.

I have never been to a doctors office as horrible as this! The front office staff was so unorganized and un proffessional. I had a wait time of two hours before I could see the doctor I had an appointment with at 9:30. They have NO idea how to run an office. I called back to get my results after not hearing back from them, I was promptly hung up on! I made a repeat call and as soon as they answered clicked it over to a answering service. I will NEVER go here again and would encourage all to avoid this practice!

This is the worst office ever. Don't ever try to get forms filled out it will never get done. I have been waiting 2 months just to have a form sent into the insurance company so they will pay claims. I hate this office and would never ever go here. My husband was on sick with diabetic neuropathy they sent him to 3 drs and then diagnoised him themselves. He was in so much pain and could not sleep therefore could not work because of the insomina and cronic pain. But, when it came down to it they told the insurance he could have worked even though he was on pain medication (that did not work) and sleep medication (that did not work). This doctor caused us to lose a disability claim and now he is going to cause me to have to pay all these medical bills he sent me to have. Worst doctors office ever!!! Do Not Go!!

Everyone here at this practice seems to care deeply about the patients. I have seen Dr. Carley approach an elderly patient at a sandwich shop in town and inquire about her health. We were sitting near by and she beamed as she introduced "her" doctor to her friends. He is prompt, but thorough. I never thought I wanted a doctor younger than me, but he is a keeper! His staff has been helpful with problems with insurance companies, etc. Kings Mountain is lucky to have such quality health care.
