My flooring installer was Jimmy. He works at Barrett's full time. The work he did was good, and he never was out of sight of my husband or myself, so nothing was stolen. However, he did call his girl friend (not known about by his wife), to meet him at the church up the road from my house for a "parking lot quickie". This involved a 1 hour break after which he came back to our house to brag and ....finished the job. This is so unprofessional....and he won't be back, I promise!

Barrett's is still using Johnny Wilson to install floors, even though they have been told multiple times he is stealing from homes. Police reports are on file if you take the time to check. He and his team of Jeffrey & Jonathan Harris (his family) are not professional floor installers, they are professional thieves. They steal guns and electronics and go through everything right under your nose, fast. They only steal a thing or two from each home so they are not caught every time, by the time the home owner notices things missing, it is too late. Barrett's is very aware of this and they still choose to employee Johnny Wilson's Custom Floor Installations. Keep your family and home safe, do not hire Barrett's or shop at Barrett's.

Barrett's sends out Johnny Wilson and his 2 nephews; Jonathan and Jeffrey Harris and they will steal anything they can. Barrett's will not help you one bit! They will not even return your call and they still use Johnny Wilson's Custom Flooring to take out and install floor coverings even though this has been reported! The police say they steal like professionals so they must do it every where they go. Just one or two items at a time so you won't notice until it is too late. Do not hire this company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
