The top soil was supposed to be delivered to our house on Monday. Called to get a time frame for delivery, was told it would be delivered on Tuesday. Called Tuesday morning, again for delivery time, was told it would be on Weds. same thing happened on Weds. Star Nursery called me at 4:00p on Thursday afternoon and then said delivery wouldn’t happen until the next Weds.. I cold my order and they even had a hard time doing that. I have no idea how they ever got a rating above 1 star on the internet. Don’t use this business!!!

I have never had gravel delivered to my home so I was very careful how I researched this project. I visited Star Nursery to find out what needed to be done. Everything went fine and I left feeling that I will just think about this project for a few days.

I made a special trip back up to Star Nursery to inquire if they spread the gravel by dumping out a little bit at a time as the truck drives up my driveway and I was assured that they will do this. In reality the driver arrived and dumped a large pile in the middle of my driveway and I being a Senior Citizen had to spread it myself in 90 plus degree weather. He just said oops, I don't know what went wrong. I could not get my car in or out until I accomplish this little feat. 3 hours later the job was complete

What a fun day, and I can hardly walk today.
