I see reviews on other sites of this restaurant in which the raves do not match our experience. I was so incredibly disappointed, I could not muster a reply to the cashier when she asked how our meal was. Why kick someone when they are down. The list: 1. My plate was warmer than my cold burger. The bun was smashed. 2. My wife received a meal burger instead of a veggie burger. When the veggie burger arrived, it was also colder than the plate. Her fruit plate was warmer than the fruit. 3. My daughter's clam chowder tasted like salted bacon in milk. Ironically, it was way too hot. BTW, I love salt... It was too salty for me. 4. My son's spagetti was cold. 5. We had to ask for the bananas that came with his yogurt. 6. I normally overlook seating particularly given my dress for the evening, however... We were seated in the back corner with other booths available. The soda, yogurt, and water was acceptable. This is the 1st review I've ever written. I am a 46yr SW Engineer.
