I recently purchased carpet from this company, and the installer they had come to install my carpet, was nothing but belligerent, disrespectful and rude. He started yelling obscenities outside in my neighborhood at me and my family after the job was complete, because he had to wait for his check, which was less than 1 hour. I will never allow this company to come into my home again. This company knows this guy does this, yet still allows him to continue this behavior. This man's name is Shane Hux. If this is who they say is coming to install your carpet, spare yourself our grief, and demand another installer; better yet, go somewhere else to purchase your products.
