All of our Pole Fitness & Pole Dance Fitness classes are taught in a fun, safe, and non-judgmental environment. It doesn't matter if you have never touched a Fitness Dance Pole at all, or if you've been addicted to the sport and art of Pole Fitness for years. All fitness levels are welcome!
