We contracted with Hibu to distribute direct marketing door hanger advertising. We have requested documentation form Hibu regarding their distribution of our advertising. In distributing over 40,000 pieces that Hibu claims to have distributed our turn out rate was only 3. One of the concerns we have is that Hibu ran our advertising piece prior to final approval from me. Rather they ran a draft of what we had requested and not the final approved copy. We have attempted to resolve this issue with Hibu on several different levels. Hibu has offered to provide some additional advertising at no cost. We did not want this additional advertising rather we asked for a simple refund. Hibu has refused to send a refund. To date this additional advertising has resulted in no additional leads or customers.
