I called to ask what the cost was to replace a steering wheel airbag and the drivers seat belt that no longer retracts. She told me they could not quote prices over the phone. I had the vin number available. I was able to get prices on the few parts involved and labor at other shops over the phone with the vin number. I was even told by other shops which parts I might not need.

Did a great job repairing my car. Looks brand new. Nice people to do business with.
