Bill and his crew reacted promptly to the flood in our house. At 6:30 am we awoke to water pouring through the ceiling into our garage. We discovered a flood in the rooms above. We called a nationally-known company, and when they didn’t respond quickly, I remembered that Bill had done work in another location for me a few years ago. Called him, he called back right away and within 45 minutes he and his crew were dealing with the rooms that were flooded. Our hard-wood floors had already started to “cup”, but after the heat and dehumidifiers did their work, the floors dried out and have no sign of damage. The garage was a mess with wet insulation all over. Bill even came back to steam clean those floors! Thanks Bill, your son, and Carter for a great job!
