WOW! No need to go anywhere else for Shipping, Packing or boxes. This place does it ALL. Very Friendly and fast.They have all the ship carriers and they know what they are doing. Plus they have e-mail Notification with tracking numbers so I can follow my package. That's Great!Thanks Wrap n Ship I will be back

Needed help with packing and shipping a package. These people at Wrap n Ship are Professionals! They packed and shipped my package with NO problems. I even received e-mail notification later with tracking numbers and delivery.Great Place, No need to go anywhere else. I will be back

Excellent Customer Service! Only Ship Center that has ALL the Carriers for a choice to ship your packages. WOW and a tremendous selection of Boxes and Packing materials for both Moving and Shipping. This is the ONLY places to go.
the people were friendly and I liked that they packed my car-seat since it is an odd shape; however they were going to charge me 80.00 dollars MORE to send it versus the 20.00 dollars the post office was charged. I was so annoyed because they told me that 100.00 fee was the "cheapest". When I called to ask about the huge price difference he said and I quote "Well yeah there is a service fee, I have to keep my doors open." I can understand that, but 80 bucks, I think not. WILL NEVER USE!!!!!!
They REALLY care about doing their best to save you money and making sure your stuff gets there are quickly and safely as possibly. They saved me $100 when I shipped a large computer monitor overseas because, "We'd rather save you money and make you happy and have you come back than charge you a lot and have you leave unhappy and maybe not come back." They can cross reference your packing/wrapping options and your shipping methods to find the most effective method for you, and then they give you your options - so you can pick the basic option or the upgraded option - it's up to you! I love that they care! And I LOVE that they fill out the customs form for you and will keep any addresses on file for you that you want, so if you have lots of presents to send out for the holidays, you can bring your addresses in and then not have to worry about always bringing your address book with you! I will definitely be coming back!
Customer service oriented & an excellent cost effective choice! As a relatively new Army wife, it can be a daunting task to send things overseas. Everything from a huge computer monitor to rifle scopes to Rudy's BBQ sauce to a transformer for electronics and Biofreeze for sore muscles. I used to think my only option was USPS flat rate boxes because that was all I knew. Looking at the huge monitor though, I had NO idea how I was going to send that through USPS! I took it into Wrap N Ship & discovered that I not only had options for how to wrap/box/package the things I need to send, but they can cross reference the different delivery options to come up with the most efficient and cost effective method! They saved me $100 when I sent the big monitor, because "we would rather save you money and make you happy and have you come back than to take your money and be rude and upset you and have you go somewhere else." They sincerely care about you as a person sending something you care about
this is the best mailing supply and services store in central texas. they do an awesome job in packing and they are highly skilled in customer service. i would strongly recommend them for packing your fragile items to be shipped anywhere in the world. they are 100% reliable and professional as well as polite even at their busiest times of the day. sincerely - dennis (mastertrain) specialize in military models.

They Pack Flat Screen TV's !!!!Went to UPS Store and Eagle Express with my 32" flat screen tv today and both stores said NO they will not pack or ship this tv.SO why does UPS store advertise that they will pack your item with hassle and have you on your way....IF they won't.I went to Wrap n Ship and they packed and ship my tv with no problem. These guys are truly packing and shipping specialist.thanks Wrap n Ship...I will be back again

I took all my christmas gifts here and they had everything boxed up before I finished filling out the address form..WOW. I am glad I found this place. They had all kinds of boxes for sale and they are the only one in town that has UPS,Fedex,DHL and US Mail to ship my packages.VERY GOOD on saving me alot a time in long lines.The post office takes 45mins to 1hr just to get to the counter. I was at wrap n ship maybe 10minsGreat place to pack and ship.

I went to ALL the shipping places around Killeen and Harker Heights and NO ONE except this store Wrap n Ship was able to pack my 36" flat screen tv and ship it to NY. I could not believe how easy it was. They packed and shipped it and it arrived in great shape. They know what they are doing there and they have so many boxes on display... nobody in town even comes close. I highly recommend this store. I WILL BE going back, they are really a pack and ship store.

Hey I love small, family businesses but these guys just don't get it. They are rude and charge way too much for their services. I gave them a chance and went back a few times, to no avail. The service was worse each time. I will never use them again. I'll give you a specific example. I send books media mail all the time at the post office, the charge is $2.38. This guy, the owner, tried to charge me $12 to mail the book there! AND I had already wrapped it and labeled it! All it needed was postage! Crazy. Then they charge you first class and priority shipping rates but send your package parcel post! Absolutely ridiculous. The owner is rude and so is the young brunette that works there. Shameless. I hope they go out of business.One more example. I brought in an Amazon Kindle to ship the other day. After the owner boxed it, in a small and fragile looking box, he proceeds to throw it several feet on to a pile of other boxes! Mind you this is an expensive, fragile piece of equipment!

I went up there to ship some boxes of stuff for my friends wedding! Not only did they want to charge us $450 for our 5 boxes that they put into 3 but they made it seem like the boxes that I already had where not good enough. So they told me it would be better to repack them. I said ok. They do have a sign up that says they repack for $3.00 but some how I was charged $44.50 for them to repack them. Even at $3 a box that would have been $15! So they repacked my 5 boxes into 3 and also put them into the boxes that cost the most to ship because of their size! On top of that the boxes I brought in that they said weren't good enough were packed into the "better" boxes they used to repack (which by the way adds weight to the box that doesn't need to be there and make shipping cost more!) On top of that in the process of "repacking" my stuff they crushed the wedding centerpieces that I have worked hours on and now have to redo some of them! So I paid $178.88 for them to repack my stuff and ship one box! I could have paid that much for all 5 of my boxes at the post office!! They are a rip off!! Please don't use them!!!
These folks know how to provide fast service and they know their business. At the post office you wait in a long line and get poor service, but not at wrap n ship. I 'll bet it did not take 5 mins for them to box my stuff and ship it. NO HASSELS here.And these folks know how to pack..I had them pack and ship my 48" lcd flat screen TV..they did it and it arrived in great shape.Don't buy your boxes and packing materials any where else..they have the largest selection I have ever seen.
Friendly staff and they have a very large selection of boxes & packing materials on site. They also had all the different carriers to pick from. WOW what a great place!!
