When I called for questions concerning the size of storage I might need, they were very helpful and when I came in to see the sizes to better confirm what I might need. They treated me very nicely considering I have not had the best experience in Killeen with custustomer service it was nice to come accross.

I was going through a divorce and decided to move back home from Texas to Delaware. I put my things in storage at The Attic and payed my rent on time. The unit was in my name. My husband found out where I was keeping my stuff and somehow convinced them to deny me further access to the unit. Once I found out I couldn't retrieve my things without him with me, I stopped paying. I had to return to Delaware and he refused to go with me. Well, they never saw a dime from him and all of my things got sold at auction without them even giving me the option to pay the back rent and retrieve my things. I lost all of my childhood momentos, family photo albums, and every stick of furniture I owned. To top it all off, they sent my back rent to a collections agency that reported it on my credit! The Attic took advantage of a situation where I was in another state and basically helpless to do anything about the gross mishandling of my lease and my possessions. They violated my lease since my (now ex) husband's name was never on it, made money off the sale of my personal effects, dinged my credit, and I ended up paying the amount sent to collections! I would NOT recommend using this place. They are dishonest and crooked. They seemed very nice when I signed up, but I soon learned otherwise. BUYER BEWARE!
