Honest, reliable and ethically run business (something very hard to find these days). They don't try to upsell just for the sake of it, they know what they are doing and are always easy to talk to about your vehicle and what you would like , or need, to have done. I trust them with all my vehicles, including my pride and joy. I have worked around vehicles for many years and have experience, but sometimes don't have the energy or time to do my own work. Highly recommend.
I own a new f-150, that had irregular tire wear on the front tires, from the factory. I took it back to ford and they said, according to fords equipment everything was in spec's. A friend suggested I take it to Caruthers Tire Center, I did and they found the wheel alignment was out of spec's, and gave me the spec sheet to take back to ford, you know the rest of the story, these guys fixed my truck and did't steal my wallet. Thanks guys and the Caruthers family.

I have been using Caruthers for over 10 years and have always found them to provide accurate estimates, reasonable prices, and fixing problems the first time. I appreciate their honesty and they have earned my trust. I have had brakes, tires, and air conditioning work done there.

I have been taking my vehicle to this establishment for 25 years. I have been a customer since they opened 25 years ago. I would not take my vehicle to any other place. The owner is the most honest person you could ask to be supervising the work on your vehicle.

GREAT PEOPLE AND SERVICE!!! I've used this shop plenty of times on several vehicled from my Lincoln Navigator to both my Chryslers(300M-Sebring). Mr.Caruthers and his staff have always been right on and only fix what is wrong and not try to SUCKER you in like other shops. He's reasonable and fair on PRICE AND SERVICE!! GREAT MECHANICS!!!!
My husband took our truck in to them right before we pcsed to have a tune up done on it. Well needless to say we got to where we were going and something went wrong. Was told a tune up was never done on the truck. We paid for a tune up and never got it. We will never take our cars to them again.
