I am only giving them the one star because of their outstanding customer service. The ladies that take the calls are very kind and understanding. However, the service I received was a nightmare. the technician was very kind also, but he did not put my washmachine back together properly. When I washed my first load of laundry after the repair, I noticed noises that it did not make before, then my laundry room flooded. As if that was not enough, I later went into my garage, to find that the garage also had water in it. I have at least half a dozen boxes that now have water damage. They are coming back out to my house later tonight to try and repair the machine AGAIN, and to take photo's of the water damage. What should have been a simple repair (changing the seal on my frontload machine) Has now turned into a complete nightmare. And it cost me over $200. Not the wednesday morning I had in mind when I woke up this morning.
