Recently my mother shopped at De Rigueur for a dress to wear to my upcoming wedding. She purchased almost $2000 of apparel. A week later my mother had to pick up an item in the store that had to be ordered and my fiance, father, and myself accompanied her. It was my birthday and she offered to buy me something there so we all went in with curiosity. The owner , Still, was very eager to show me dresses in my size 4 so I tried on a few of the items. We were on our way to dinner and were enjoying ourselves. We were in good spirits and marveling at the beauty of a $700 dress that I did not have any use for in the near future. We thanked Still and told him we would think about it, When it came time to leave Still's demeanor changed and he was Sullen.
4 days later my mother returned with a friend in need of a dress for an upcoming event. The owner , Still , treated them horribly. He was demeaning , rude, and disrespectful to my mothers friend. When they went to leave Still took a moment to tell my mother off. He told her that she was pushy and how dare her talk her daughter out of buying the $700 dress (that I did not want). It was unbelievable and totally unacceptable.
Do not shop here unless you like getting sales bullied and mistreated. He should not be in business
