Very accommodating,helpful and was available immediately.Never have had any problems with him answering his phone and I am in no way a large rancher or someone well off. This is just my experience....

If it wasn't for the fact that he is the ONLY large animal vet on the island I wouldn't even bother! Extrememly unprofessional and doesn't even return phone calls. Kauai is in desperate need of someone will one To serve the community and not just large wealthy tourist ranches!
