Rent is extremely high for seniors...Unless your on assistance living off the tax payers! parking paid monthly is extra, The interior is very old, Management is uncaring of the senior Residents. Security is Desperately needed! the cameras are the lobby but... trashy younger guys are hanging around there all day (not working obviously) going in and out smoking around the entrance and are apparently living off their parents or grandparents, who should not be living there! But management doesn't seem to care. My parent does not feel secure living there with this, but is older and sadly does not want to go through moving again. Residents pay monthly for parking in addition to the high rent. which keeps going up! There crappy recreation area is still not fixed after Hurricane Sandy...But the management has a nice new office....! .even though the office workers are outside smoking most of the day... and are rarely in it. Was a nice place many years ago.. it's sadly go way down hill!
