Best customer care I've received in a long time. Well worth the money. Had a difficult fix, but Russel wasn't leaving until was fixed appropriately and running properly. Prompt, courteous, fair and convenient. Highly recommend this company to everyone!

gentleman arrived.. very nice... did he fix my problem? No.. then he charged me to come back...and it is still not working up to par... i say, you get what you pay for though...next time i'll call a legitimate company...

Terrible phone manners. I had to wait until the next day for a call back. Then they didn't arrive until 2 days after that.



Plus, the problem still exists with our oven!!
